Job Description

You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely data to enable customers and internal teams to realise the value of a network wide support offering.You will be accountable for the following:

• Reconcile large volume of data and provide regular reports to summarise the data to key stakeholders
• Provide a centralisation and standardisation of all reports provided on the network wide support offering
• Use data mining tools to highlight moves, adds, changes and deletes from previous reports
• Ensure relevant downstream and upstream teams are engaged to ensure scheduled reports are provided on time
• Create service requests for all known issues where data is falling off
• You will work closely with the client facing Project Managers to schedule and prioritise the required reports
• You will work seamlessly with the Technical Deployment Engineers to allow end to end data collection to be collated through the network portal
• A strong relationship with the Sales Operations and Customer Service teams will ensure all the data uploaded to the customer portal is 100% accurate
• Create weekly presentations to provide status updates and summarise known issues
• Have the ability to research to aid managing business needs

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Business or IT
• Strong Excel, Power Point and Access skills
• Self motivated
• Knowledge of network business management technology including inventory collection
• Work with multiple teams within Australia and overseas
• Adaptable to change and drive change
• Strong analytical background
• Excellent problem solving skills with strong examples
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Team player
