Business Analyst (Change IT) - Life and Pensions 55 - 70k

A leading Life and Pensions Organisation are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with experience in both Change and Technology projects.

This Business Analyst position will offer someone the opportunity to work across multiple different project streams.

The key responsibilities will include:
-Build relationships with senior stakeholders across the business to establish the reputation necessary to influence thinking on both scope and benefits.
-Document accurately, clearly and consistently all detailed requirements ensuring there is a formal audit trail for inputs.
-Mange, organise and control workshops, walkthroughs meeting with all relevant parties to ensure comprehensive input into and challenge of requirements prior to sign-off.
-Implement appropriate review and sign off of all key deliverables to ensure that they are fit for purpose and provide a baseline for control of delivery.
-Work with the Test Manager/Test team to ensure appropriate testing is implemented and that a comprehensive traceability matrix is developed by the Test Team.
-Identify new risks to the business, documentation and apply appropriate risk mitigation actions by reviewing on a regular basis those controls in place and processes/activities within your span of control.

The ideal candidate for this Business Analyst role will be proactive and a driver of change. They will be required to work closely with the business, in order to add value to the delivery process.

The salary for this Business Analyst role will be highly dependant on experience and is likely to be in the range of 55 - 70k plus benefits and bonus.
