Business Analyst – Major Insurance Firm recruitment
One of the world’s leading Insurance groups is looking for an experienced Business Analyst for its General Insurance operation in Hong Kong.
The role will be to act as a dedicated resource for the CEO’s office, to provide a liaison between the business and the IT department.
With at least 5 years experience, some of which should have been gained in an Insurance environment, you will have had involvement with the following:
- Financial management processes and practices such as budgeting, cost allocations, capital and operating expense handling, program portfolio management, and application and infrastructure support
- Understanding of Insurance business processes and IT systems
- Strong analysis and business transformation awareness
- Experience of re-engineering projects – ‘As is’ to ‘To be'
- Knowledge and a understanding of Financial processes and Accounting systems
- Clean lines of communication to executive sponsor and leadership with experience translating executive vision into technical requirements
