Job Classification: Direct Hire TEKsystems currently needs an experienced Business Analyst Manager for a full time opportunity in Honolulu, Hawaii. Candidate will be in charge of a team of about 40 people (PM's, BA's and a team of interns) and a project load of about 30-40 at any given time (with many more in queue.) ALL PROJECTS go through the PMO, not just IT related projects, however the BAs report into their Process Improvement dept which is parallel to the PMO. The Business Analyst is responsible for meeting with project stakeholders and end users to gather requirements, create requirements documents and work as a team along with the Project Manager to ensure the success of the project. Upcoming projects include a Cloud Computing initiative and saving money around connectivity, re-architecting their website, new schedule, Disaster Recovery, replacing their phone system, BI initiative, and constantly building alliances with other companies in industry. Looking for candidates who really understand best practices and have excellent documentation, they expect to see samples during the interview process.
