Business Analyst Manager recruitment

Your role

-Reviewing, validating, prioritising, updating all Business analysis

- Reviewing, validating, prioritising, updating and scheduling all change/ release requests

- Developing and publishing the IT release policy and plans

- Design of requirements through a number of techniques and approaches to ensure all  aspects of the business requirements are fully understood, defined and validated with users

- Supporting project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management

- Perform and/or drive functional testing scenarios, controls adequacy of developments within functional specifications

- Provide appropriate documentation and training sessions to end users

- Day to day team management

Your profile

- At least 8-10 years experience in Business Analysis

- Relevant people management experience

- Pragmatic leader with excellent communication skills

- Knowledge and experience of the life assurance industry is an asset

- Fluency in English and any European language would be considered an asset
