Business Analyst Manager
Business Analyst Manager - Lead Business Analyst - Agile - DSDM - Scrum - ISEB - 70K + benefits required to manage Business Analysts working on software development projects whilst ensuring they deliver large, complex projects across the whole business.
Ideally, the Business Analyst Manager will have managed and mentored Business Analysts over a long period of time and able to motivate a high achieving team of Business Analysts.
Responsibilities include:
The Business Analyst Manager will manage a team of Business Analysts on software development projects
Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for all line-management duties which include:
Mentoring and developing
Carrying out appraisals
Reviewing internal processes and templates, making changes to improve quality and consistency
Proven track record within Business Analysis delivering and managing large, complex projects i.e. executing UAT and running workshops
What I'm looking for:
Degree qualified
ISEB qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent qualification
The Lead Business Analyst will have strong line-management experience
Business Analyst Manager will have worked towards Agile or Iterative methodology i.e. Scrum, DSDM
Sound experience of full project life-cycle
