The Company
A multi-national financial institution is urgently looking for a Business Analyst to develop innovative solutions to meet Business Requirements consistent with business architecture. 6 months renewable contract.
The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible to implement best practice for business analysis on a pro-active basis and work in the case teams with clients to identify and document business requirements and solutions, within the business architecture framework. Undertaking business analysis working under a Business Architect on the early phases of an initiative, while most will be working in the feasibility and delivery stages under a project or program manager.
Your Profile
To qualify as a Business Analyst, you are a University Graduate / Post Graduate with over 8 years of business analyst experience of large/complex Projects in Financial sector. Be able to deliver High quality Business Requirements and quality assurance. Review experience to capture the learning and make recommendations for improvements in business and project processes. Had successfully contributed to the shaping of the solution for a strategic initiative with personal accountability for the nature of the business designs and their business impacts. Strong hands on experience in Business Analysis, Process improvement, facilitation, Relationship Management. Good interpersonal and communication/ Negotiation skills. Immediately available with experience in Insurance industry is highly preferred and will be considered first.
