BUSINESS ANALYST NEEDED!
My client, one of the world's leading investment banks, is looking for a reference data business analyst to join their Product and Price IT group. This is a permanent position based out of Jersey City and will pay a competitive base salary, bonus and benefits package. In this role you will liaise between the business and technology teams to source data internally and form market data vendors and distribute it to 115 downstream systems and 3,000 end users across front, middle and back office in the Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives business. In addition, you will lead meetings, prioritize client requests and systems issues, prepare business requirements and functional specification documents, perform all levels of data analysis, and data transformation as related to an Enterprise Environment, and work with the technology team to plan and execute requirements.
In order to be considered for this position, you must have strong reference data knowledge, specifically product and price, extensive SQL data query skills, data analysis, and a data modeling background.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven candidate who has prior experience supervising a team and working on Enterprise wide Reference Data Systems, preferably across Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivative asset classes.
