Must Have current experience with Insurance Industry - Propery Casualty

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Collaborate closely with Underwriters and Technical Assistants company-wide to identify and define business process enhancement and efficiency opportunities.  Translate these opportunities into clearly defined and detailed business requirements documentation.
 Provide primary business requirements development support for corporate initiative targeting consolidation of insurance policy administration platforms.
 Identify and communicate opportunites to leverage best practices throughout the Insurance Underwriting community.
 Develop use cases, process flows, data flows and other supporting requirements documentation as required. 
 Collaborate closely with team of Business Systems Analysts to ensure complete requirements are delivered for systems specifications development.
 Participate in review sessions for completed process/system enhancements with key business users for success validation and release approval
