Description of Duties:
- Drive sound system development and delivery using experience, leading best practice, and a deep understanding of related business issues
- Collaborate with the business to ensure software and applications are meeting their needs
- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Gather and document business process flows
- Facilitate unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Contribute to the training of end users when necessary
- Remain up-to-date in best practices, analysis methods, and technology
- Offer support and mentorship to other team members
Summary of Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in IT analysis, design and implementation.
- Strong working knowledge of business processes, practices, and related system in the functional areas of CRM, contact center management, marketing, and incentive management.
- 3+ years experience working with ERP based CRM solutions as a functional expert, developer, or designer. Experience with Oracle CRM On Demand, Siebel CRM, or iSupport strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of application architectures and SDLC methodologies.
- Familiarity with systems across multiple platforms. Cloud computing experience a plus.
- Superior written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills. In depth experience using the Microsoft Office Suite is required.

- Project management and solution delivery skills are strongly desired.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under tight timelines.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, global, and highly collaborative environment.
- Process oriented logical thinking and understanding of models, use cases, and information architectures
- Bilingual Japanese skills strongly desired, but not required.
Education:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent.
- Post-graduate coursework is desirable.
