Business Analyst – OTC Clearing IT – Hong Kong recruitment
The client are seeking a strong Business Analyst who will be involved in projects to build and deploy an OTC clearing platform. The project forms part of the banks' regulatory reform projects.
As the lead Business Analyst you will be expected to perform analysis on existing technology and provide solutions, with the business, around new systems design and development.
Job Description:-
- Capture business requirements specifications. Review business processes and recommend related solutions.
- Communicate with developers and explain business requirements.
- Lead testing efforts and liaise with QA team. Support rollout to the business
- Ensures, Issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner
- Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
Skills Required:-
- Strong knowledge of the OTC Derivatives business
- Solid understanding of back office clearing processes
- At least 5 years as a Business Analyst working in financial markets environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a highly client facing environment
