Business Analyst-Process Improvement (NJ)
Prestigious International Financial Firm seeks a Business Analyst.
Individual must be able to clearly communicate with Business User and have a passion for this line of work. Being an Analyst role some experience in Data Governance/Data Warehouse (design, assess, model, revise) experience preferred, but hands on data experience required. Individual will manipulate the data, handle data management, create policies (promote and train) and procedures, data quality (dataflux is the tool they use) and profiling as well as Business Intelligence (develop expertise in Business Objects and sell users the tool, provide support and create reports).
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in a large, complex banking organization
• Exposure to banking products and operations
• Strong technical competence, including Data Governance, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence
• Analysis experience both in business processes and data
• Testing and QA experience, Dataflux
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
• BA/BS required
