Business Analyst & Project Management Roles within the Technology function for a Major Investment Bank recruitment
Our client, a global Investment bank has multiple Business Analyst Project Management roles within their front to back office function.
We require a Minimum of 5 years BA OR PM experience in Investment Banking. Knowledge of asset classes like FX, Rates or Equities is preferred. Experience and knowledge of pricing, risk management and end to end process flows of Market products is desirable. Previous experience working within IT environments or working on IT projects is required for these Roles.
The job will involve working with front office to define detailed requirements of the trading products .In addition, the candidate will also be playing a critical role in defining, analysing, managing and documenting middle and back office requirements which may include system or process enhancements. The candidate will have the responsibility of managing the delivery of vendor/internal IT teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Hence, the successful candidate will need to have Front Office trading systems experience, a good pricing and risk management knowledge and must be familiar with SDLC processes. The successful candidate will own the relationship with the users. This will include front office (trading and sales), market and credit risk, middle office, operations, product control, finance and other external third party/internal system owners. This role requires a proven track record of project management/ project delivery capability, Business analysis with the ability for Clear, complete and accurate documentation of user requirements and functional specifications. Meaningful contribution to physical design data modelling (by liaising with technical architects to resolve functional questions) is required.
