Job Description:
This is a key position responsible for the managing the production environment, software configuration and change management for the Japan Treasury Services business. The key products include cash management, payments collections and clearing business. The candidate will be responsible for driving a highly visible multi-year technology expansion programme aimed at significant transformation and revenue generation.
The specific responsibilities are:
- Leadership of the Japan Treasury Services Production Support , Incident Management and Change Management
- Perform hands-on production support for Japan specific applications, particularly those related to Cash Management (e.g. Zengin, BOJNet, etc)
- Strong communication and partnership with the key business stakeholders in managing day-to-day production environment
- Represents Japan in multiple global forums for Production Management
- Manage critical production incidents and escalation
- Management and reporting of key production availability metrics
Skills
Essential Experience, Skills Knowledge :
- 5 - 10 years of experience in leading production services team in a wholesale banking environment is preferred
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Bilingual Japanese - English communication skills
- Familiarity with working in a global environment/culture

Technical Competencies:
Preferred:
- Hands on experience in managing Zengin

- Experience in Java and Websphere preferred but not compulsory
- Familiarity with ITIL
