Business Analyst- Rates recruitment
The job will involve working with front office to define detailed requirements for Emerging Market desk deployments.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of internal IT teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Hence, the successful candidate will need to have Front and Middle Office trading systems experience, solid Rates product knowledge and must be familiar with SDLC processes. The successful candidate will be expected to be able to discuss Rates products in detail – exhibiting a good understanding of the full Front to Back trade flow.
Essential skills include:
Business Analyst with min 3 - 5 years experience in Investment Banking preferably with exposure to Rates Front Office projects. Emerging markets experience preferred but not essential Demonstrable experience knowledge of end to end process flows for Rates products. Analytical aptitude (Strong Excel skills) is essential.
