Business Analyst recruitment

?¢ To assist and support Business Change projects and deliverables across the business.
?¢ Ensuring the introduction, maintenance and improvement to the processes and tools required to provide a best in class service.
?¢ Has solid analytical and communication skills and works under moderate supervision to take responsibility for small specific pieces of work within the team.
?¢ Prioritizes tasks and deals with issues under guidance and deals with clients up to middle management level.
?¢ Acts as an experienced and more independent consulting team member.
?¢ Primary duty is to be highly utilized (85%) but also to begin to contribute to the operation of the business through knowledge management and bid support.

Responsibilities:

?¢ Delivers to key project milestones as requested by project managers. Identifies issues and escalates appropriately, providing training where required.
?¢ Delivers benefit as defined and directed by project manager. Implements improvements to practice and client engagements, ensuring performance targets are met in the business area.
?¢ Secures regular project extensions where appropriate.
?¢ Ensures internal processes match the business needs.
?¢ Interacts with internal groups, assisting in the identification of root causes of problems.
?¢ Support deployment of process templates.

Skills

At least a Bachelors Degree in any related field.
