We are looking for candidates who want a career working with The Premier Brand of Hand Tools. We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to be located at our Mansfield, Texas Facility.
As a Business Analyst you will be primarily involved in merger acquisition activities including sourcing, transaction execution, post closing value creation, as well as preparing financial and evaluation materials for key audiences. You will be an integral part of the Corporate Development team and will be responsible for many of the important aspects of a transaction including portions of the financial analysis. you will also be expected to interact with senior management teams and senior level professionals throughout the firm.
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline and have up to 3 years of experience as an analyst. You will also have superior quantitative skills including expertise in complex financial modeling and standard valuation techniques. You are also expected to have strong comprehension, analytical, and problem solving skills as well as superior verbal and written communication skills.
