Business Analyst recruitment

The Business Analyst will be intermediary between the business unit and information technology. The BA will be responsible to write detailed business requirement documentation (BRD) of user needs as well as functional and technical specifications. To acquire the proper information, the BA will need to review the current business process and workflow as well as study existing internal systems to evaluate their current effectiveness. The BA will be required to understand the needs, goals and expectations of the business users and properly communicate the information to the technology team.

Requirements Include:

• Requires Business Analyst work experience at an Investment Bank

• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• ICI/IMPACT Experience

• Experience in delivering client and technology implementation solutions from planning to implementation

• Ability to effectively prioritize workload and critical deadlines

• Coordinate UAT activities, including working with users to collect system feedback in a structured and organized manner

• Accurately produce clear, concise and relevant documentation based on requirements and information that was gathered from the stakeholders and subject matter experts

• Reviews and analyzes data and reports

• Project coordination and communication coordination

• Performs management analysis, definition, design, development and implementation of business services and products.
