The vision of the Regional and Agribusiness Banking team is to excel at securing and enhancing the financial wellbeing of people, businesses and communities throughout Regional Australia.
You will:
You will work closely with the RAB leadership team and broader RAB network, providing market and industry insights and analysis; equipping the business and supporting them to provide the best and most relevant products and advice to our clients.
Working proactively, you will identify continuous improvement initiatives and implement them effectively in the business.
You are:
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- A Degree in a related discipline (Business/Communications)
- Experience and exposure to credit risk and operational risk
- Conceptual thinking with commercial acumen
- High levels of motivation, drive and strong success orientation
- Ability to think creatively and to problem solve - develop solutions and share outcome
- High level of Excel and database skills
- Project Management skills and experience
- Translating analytical output in to measurable 'value adds' for the business
