The Role
- Responsible for analyzing, defining and prioritizing the business requirements, functional specifications and operational architecture for projects related to Business Partner Organizations primarily focusing on Finance and also supporting Human Resources, Compliance, and Legal, as required.
- Lead project scope and objectives for key functional areas across Finance, HR, Operations, and technology stakeholders by thoroughly understanding business processes in a specific business domain.
- Will work on internal business and technology groups on local/regional projects, and is involved from initial strategy/planning and scope definition through to process design, requirements development, testing, training and implementing of the solution.
- May also take on some project management responsibilities
Your Profile
- Degree holder of business studies (preferred) with further professional qualifications like CPA
- At least 7 years experience in Corporate/Institutional Banking industry with experience in a supervisory position.
- Strong technical knowledge in accounting rules, tax rules, knowledge in US GAAP, business products like FX, MM, Securities, and Derivatives.
- Broad-based knowledge of advanced financial management concepts
- Job holder must have experience with best-in-class methods, tools and techniques for elicitation and documentation, such as workshop facilitation with senior stakeholders. This includes use case modeling, business process modeling, and formal requirements traceability techniques.
- Strong experience producing detail-level functional or operational requirement documentation and conducting inspections of required documents and quality reviews.
- strong understanding of end-to-end operation flows across multiple system applications and experience with Software Development Life Cycle processes and methodologies.
