Business Analyst – Release Management recruitment
Your principle responsibility will be to define a release strategy to effectively manage projects, enhancements and production break fix implementation. This will determine and establish the environment direction for development, testing, data conversion and reporting activities to integrate and satisfy project timeline and deliverables.
You will also have the task of ensuring that the software meets quality standards and performance objectives within defined time and budget targets. This will mean organizing, directing and managing activities for building and maintaining software releases for their promotion to the production environment.
To be able to do this you will have previous experience of managing multidiscipline teams in a matrix organization and determine the required skill sets of the manpower needed to implement the release.
Requirements
• Project management experience
• Strong technical background in IT management
• Strong process knowledge of system development life cycle
• SAP or BI development management and version control experience
• SAP configuration and implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of testing and defect tracking tools such as HP Quality Center
• Vendor management experience a plus
