Business Analysts required for exciting Retail Banking projects to connect the business and customers experience. The bank is going through an exciting time at the moment, experiencing growth, new and project driven growth, demonstrating an injection of cash from the business. This is a great time to join this forward thinking and driven bank and aid the ambitions and growth targets the bank desires.

The project is aimed at capturing the customer experience form the first contact and follows the customers experience from information captured throughout the life cycle of any transaction.

The Retail banks CRM systems cover Salesforce.com, Salesforce dynamics, Siebel Financials and Oracle Policy Advisor. To perform the role of Business Analyst you must understand the flow of information front to back and truly get under the processes in place to suggest improvement, you must also understand the functionality of one of the following Salesforce.com, Salesforce dynamics, Siebel Financials or Oracle Policy Advisor CRM systems. Furthermore, you must be able to ask key questions and uncover the true need of the project not simply what people want but what they actually need from the change in process.

In summary you must be a fully fledged Business Analyst and business process improvement project driven with a solid understanding of CRM retail banking systems of either Salesforce.com, Salesforce dynamics, Siebel Financials and Oracle Policy Advisor.

Initially the projects will be to roll out this customer experience for the UK moving across Europe, US and Africa after the successful completion of the UK roll out.

The projects are business backed and require all levels of seniority from Analyst level to AVP and VP. The project also requires a solution Architect.
