Business Analyst – Securities Servicing recruitment
Our Investment Banking client are seeking to recruit an operational Business Analyst to join their Securities Services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to a root and branch review of operational process capability within Securities Servicing, with to view to recommending and subsequently assisting with the delivery of systems enhancements to increase efficiency, scalability and reduce exposure to operational risk. Duties will include:
- Working closely with Stakeholders in line, to analyse existing functionality, agree TOMs and produce formal Business Cases for Change requests, in advance of Project sign-off.
- Analyse and document Business Requirements before producing functional specs for delivery to IT development resource.
- Manage internal and external Stakeholder relationships, providing progress reports, highlighting relevant risks and interdependencies.
- Assume oversight of testing plans, including production of test scripts and oversight of UAT.
With previous experience of securities servicing, within financial services, the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a minimum of 12 months experience, within a dedicated change delivery function, allied with a demonstrable understanding of Middle and Back office processes.
