Business Analyst – Strategy & Operations Consulting recruitment

My client is a global consultancy firm within the Law Firm markets. Their services help organisations manage costs and information by increasing operational efficiency and managing risks.

The role will be to assist the team with their law firm and in-house Legal department clients. This will include working on assignments including but not limited to; firm wide strategy, merger acquisitions, remuneration, client development and financial management within the Law Firm market. The in house practice focuses on developing strategy and improving operations through benchmarking and process redesign. Both Practices focus on helping clients through the change process associated with the consulting assignment. This role will also provide research, benchmarking and best Practices expertise by comparing clients to industry best Practices.

You will play a role supporting ongoing client engagements and research to support their pursuits to win new work.
You must have strong written and verbal communications skills and very strong Excel skills. As part of the interview process candidates will be given an Excel test
Academic: Must have a minimum of a 2.1 degree and strong academics throughout your educational career.

Initially travel will not be required however as you advance you will eventually assume greater responsibility, begin interacting with clients, and eventually begin travelling as part of client engagements.
