Business Analyst – Strategy Process Re-Engineering - £60,000 – Tier 1 Investment Bank
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative and market leading organisation and play a key role in the holistic change delivery.
The key responsibilities for this function will include;
The design, definition and delivery of a cross product target operating model; Re-engineering existing business process to eke out efficiencies and reduce manual intervention across multiple product sets; Cross business/function collaboration and general day to day strategic change.
To be considered for this position, you will have a strong Management Consultancy background and be able to demonstrate the following as a minimum;
Exceptional Business Process Re-engineering capabilities within a major Investment Bank; In-depth product knowledge covering front-back trade flows of at least two or more products; Detailed root cause analysis capabilities; Fungible change skills and the Gravitas to work across and liaise with multiple business functions and stakeholders at all levels.
If you have experience with Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Business Process Management (BPM), Target Operating Model (TOM)/future state definition, as a business analyst looking at process mapping or re-engineering or if you have experience working as a Lean or Six Sigma / BPR / DMAIC / Kaizen Consultant please do apply.
