One of my clients is urgently searching for an experienced Business Analyst with proficient experience with Structured Products and Financial Instruments.
This is to join a new team of 5 set up to work on a new project starting January 2013. As this is a fast paced project it is important that the senior Business Analyst has excellent hands on experience within the Banking Industry and within new start up teams.
You Offer...
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
- Proven track record of min. 7 years’ experience in a related role in the banking/ finance sector or minimum work experience of 5 years’ in a similar role
- Sound knowledge with Requirements Engineering and methodologies.
- Solid overall IT knowhow of concepts and processes related to banking IT
- Strong analytical and communication skills, including but not limited to stakeholder management, proactive approach, fundamental consulting, negotiation, willingness to take decisions and presentations
- Ability to work with different stakeholders through establishing and maintaining productive working relationships
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and follow through to resolution
- Fluent English language skills
