Business Analyst Team Lead- Risk recruitment
My client, a leading Banking Institution, has a requirement for a Lead Business Analyst to head up their Risk team. In this role you will be leading a team who are liaising extensively with the Front Office and will therefore be required to demonstrate extensive Front Office Product knowledge and understand Risk Exposure Methods for each individual product. In this role you will be responsible for delivering Change (merging Risk IT with the Business division) and ensuring that Risk calculations and modules are run correctly. It is essential that you have a proven track record of delivering on Risk projects, that you understand Credit Risk from both a business and technology perspective, and that you are capable of leading a team of Business Analysts. To be successful in this role you will need:
- Proven background leading a team of Business Analysts focussing on Risk
- Proven track record of delivery on Credit Risk projects gained within Banking and Finance
- Expertise in the Front Office Product Lifecycle, ideally cross asset
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to face off to senior Front Office staff
- Complete understanding of Credit Risk from both a business and technical perspective
- Proven track reword delivering Business and Technical Change within the Credit Risk space
This role will suit either a contract or permanent candidate as long as you are prepared to commit for a minimum of 18 months.
