Business Analyst – Technology Infrastructure recruitment
Main Responsibilities:
End User Support
Provide the 1st line support to local users and interacts with internal clients at all levels. Troubleshoot and formulate solutions with regional 2nd line support.
Support end user mobile and messaging services including mobile voice and blackberry handhelds.
Escalate enterprise application issues to global support and keep track of resolution progress.
Provide back up support to the regional support team in occasions.
System Administrations
Support a local server and networking infrastructure. Maintain the server room healthiness and provide capacity planning.
Maintain the voice and video network to provide the telecommunication services.
Maintain the market data infrastructure which consist of various market information systems and online dealing platforms
Other duties
Review maintain a collection of operating procedures. Provide updates and modifications regularly.
Provide regular statistics and management reports to the global infrastructure management.
Plan and perform disaster recovery tasks as a continual exercise.
Participate or lead deployment tasks in regional and global projects.
Skill sets requirement
MS Windows servers and Active Directory;
MS Exchange messaging;
Blackberry Enterprise Server;
Symantec backup and archiving solutions;
Phone recording systems;
Reuters Dealing and 3000xtra infrastructure;
Bloomberg and ICAP connectivity;
TCP/IP switching and routing;
Mandarin to communicate with China and Hong Kong counterparts.
Experience
MS Windows servers and Active Directory;

Blackberry Enterprise Server;
Symantec backup and archiving solutions;
Phone recording systems;
Reuters Dealing and 3000xtra infrastructure;
Bloomberg and ICAP connectivity;

Good command of Mandarin English
