Business Analyst Transfer Agency recruitment
As one of the leading global providers of Fund Services Solutions and having beaten market estimates for H2, our client is keen to continue to offer their award winning service and with that are seeking to retain the services of an enthusiastic Business Analyst on a permanent basis within their Operations and Project Management team as new Funds Under Management grow aggressively.
Some of the major responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the operating model design, and client on-boarding process, including the process re-engineering.
- Input to the design of new end to end operating model.
- Actioning of detailed Gap Analysis work pieces, from both a process and system perspective
- Requirements gathering (including facilitation of workshops) and documentation of business requirements for applications and other systems.
- The definition of test approach in respect of the applicable systems and processes.
- The management and delivery of the testing phase (including functional and regression testing) for applications and processes allocated, including developing, executing and documentation of test plans, test cases and results.
- Assist with the co-ordination and support of User Acceptance Testing.
- Working with Operational Areas in regard to each phase of the project to ensure input, engagement, and that operational requirements are reflected in the project deliverables.
- Work as part of an integrated project team.
- Assess, understand and manage interdependencies with other work areas within the project.
The successful candidate will have gained at least 1 years projects exposure and come ideally from a Financial Services background with a strong handle on Financial Services functionalities. You will have at least 4 years Transfer Agency experience and will be keen to develop your career within this area.
