Business Analyst – Treasury Customer Service recruitment

As part of a Customer Services team working on a shift basis, the Business Analyst will mainly support firm products. The Business Analyst will assist clients with resolutions of issues that are logged on the firm Response System.

This will involve  analyzing  customer requirements for highly specialized financial software functionality, providing prompt feedback and advice on the functionality that meets these requirements, and where necessary, document functional specifications for product fixes / development. The Business Analyst will, with the CSS team leader, aim to drive greater interaction with clients through deeper use of Jira Helpdesk System and look to improve client focus and communication. They will also be expected to support the Account Management Team in the firms key referencing program.
