Working across the project lifecycle you will manage activities for requirements elicitation and analysis, documentation of business and functional requirements, UAT and project implementation.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Lead projects for new systems, functional enhancements, fixes to existing functionality and processes
- Elicit interviews, documents analysis, requirements workshops, business process evaluations and gap analysis
- Translate business needs into application and operational requirements
- Provide a forward thinking improvement focus and collaboration across various stakeholders
- Test planning and strategy, test case documentation, manage test resources and test execution
- Provide guidance to junior Business Analysts
To secure this fantastic role you will have a minimum 5 years' experience working on projects (including system development) in a lead BA role within the Wealth Management space. You will have worked the full SDLC and have a demonstrated understanding of business processes an d their impacts on clients.
