Business Analyst – Wealth Management Technology, Hong Kong recruitment

A senior business analyst with experience in the Wealth Management, private banking or asset management space is required by a global investment bank. The business analyst will work on strategic initiatives to build out the banks' Wealth Management offering on a global basis.

Job Description:-
*Working with business users and other technology groups to gather requirements
*Documentation and production of functional specifications
*Understanding the wealth business to add value to the expansion
*Working with the technology groups to determine platform requirements for the build out
*Engaging with senior stakeholders where appropriate to provide updates and project milestones

Skills Required:
*At least 7 years as a Business Analyst working in a financial markets environment; a strong preference will be given to candidates with private banking, Wealth Management or asset management experience
*Experience engaging at a senior level and working with stakeholders to understand requirements
*Experience of gathering requirements and documenting them in a structured technology environment
*A strong technical (development) background is preferred for the role, however candidates must have worked in a technology function and have a good understanding of the software development lifecycle
*Very strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position

This is a 12 month contract position with a global investment bank who have a strong presence locally within Wealth Management. This is a great opportunity to work with an organisation who are growing and have the appetite to invest in technology.
