Business Analyst with Derivatives experience recruitment
Job Description
- The margin, collateral and valuation functions support a wide range of clients, including Hedge funds, Institutional and Private clients, as well as Credit, Legal, IT and Controllers
- You will work on a wide range of global projects to support the increasingly complex challenges of the firm’s derivatives, margin and collateral management
- Projects will range from strategic systems implementations to process flow designs to support development of strategic margin and derivatives architecture
- This role is based in London with responsibility for implementation in all regions
Skills and Experience
- Degree level education essential
- Previous transactional Operations experience in Derivatives is ESSENTIAL, and then moved into supporting projects within those areas
- Relevant analytics and reporting experience
- Communications skills are key as you will be interacting with various business units
- Project feasibility analysis
- Project initiation and cost benefit analysis
- Creating detailed business requirements working hands on and very closely with all stakeholders
- Developing UAT scripts
- Development of project plans
- Planning, running and executing UAT
- Project tracking and reporting across all Derivative operational groups
- Work very closely with technology
- A good knowledge of derivative products
