A great opportunity form a Business Analyst from a large Corporate background to be involved in one of the City's largest Banking Transformation programmes.
Role Purpose:
Work in a project environment in the Technical Divergence Testing programme of work within the Operations workstream establishing a new Retail Bank. The objective of the workstream is to ensure the Operations are fully functional as a stand alone bank, in line with EU requirements to divest. This role is specifically to support the workstream lead/Senior BA in managing all aspects of delivery in ‘standing up’ and in particular to support the analysis, co-ordination, development and documentation of processes/products.
You will:·
Have the ability to work on your own taking ownership/responsibility for activities allocated to you· Have the ability to work with and support others within the Operations workstream and the wider Programme· Co-ordinate and document business and technical requirements associated with Operations business segregation·
Identify risks, issues and dependencies impacting upon the programme are effectively monitored and mitigated, escalating through Workstream Leads and Governance where necessary.
Good stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate/interact with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Business stakeholders
Work with all project stakeholders to ensure they have a full understanding of their responsibilities and commitments to the projects and the impact of the project on the customer and their respective businesses
