Business Analyst (x2) &Project Manager (1) – AML/KYC, Financial Crime, Compliance, Client Due Diligence Change opportunities: Contract
Business Analysts – (x2)
Will be required to work on the ‘data readiness’ work stream – the objective of this project is to clean up data to determine risk of a new customer and be able to determine one single view of customers.
This will look at cleaning up and migrating customer data. Developing data strategies and analysing data sources which have been approved from Relationship Managers.
To be considered for these requirements, applicants will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Financial Services experience: Retail Banking, Investment Banking, Commercial Banking and Private Banking will be considered.
Subject Matter Expertise within Financial Crime, AML/KYC, Compliance, customer Due diligence, triggers, sanctions.
Data-rich experience and background – MI, Data Analysis experience, Data cleansing, Data Manipulation experience – SQL, ACCESS
Structured Change Management experience: requirement gathering, strong documentation experience, process mapping
Project Manager:
Will be responsible for end-to-end Project Management of the developing of the Global Process Operating Model for the Customer Selection and customer-exits work stream. There will be responsibility to Project Manage Business and Technology Change.
To be considered for these requirements, applicants will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Financial Services experience: Retail Banking, Investment Banking, Commercial Banking and Private Banking will be considered.
Subject Matter Expertise within Financial Crime, AML/KYC, Compliance, customer Due diligence, triggers, sanctions.
Project Management - Structured Project Management experience gained from delivering and managing change within the compliance Space – specifically with looking at the designing, implementing and delivering of Financial Crime Target Operating Modals.
