Business Analyst/Project Manager
Our client are looking for a hybrid BA/Project manager, from a bank or a consultancy. There is alos a program management element linked to the role. Where you will be expected to think strategically about the work you are doing and how the day to day work will affect the wider business.
It’s a position that will suit individuals who genuinely enjoy working in the detail of business analysis work in the detail of business analysis but also can manage a project from start to finish.
Having strong soft skills are critical as you are effectively moving into established teams and business functions so you need to have the ability to befriend people quickly to enable you to be a success within the group.
The group effectively operates as a change function within IT and will be working with multiple business and products - so a broad knowledge base over these areas will be important.
Ideally exposure to capital markets and regulatory based projects would be favourable. The ideal candidate will be a Back office expert that has Front to back business exposure.
