Business Analyst/Project Manager
Location: SW London
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + bonus + benefits
This is a fantastic career opportunity for a talented Business Analyst/Project Manager experienced implementing Web applications within a SME business who operate within the healthcare domain.
Role:
To enable and manage web applications projects within the IT team
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation, administration and testing of enterprise web applications across the group.
- Managing the replacement of the global CMS system.
- Business analysis and specification for new web applications and modifications to existing systems.
- Ensure that enterprise web projects suit the business requirements and are fit for purpose. Liaise with other departments to assist in the creation of project briefs and specifications.
- Maintain and administer web systems as required within projects.
- Provide support to web project managers. Troubleshoot project issues that arise and escalate to suppliers and the support team as required.
- Supplier management and liaison.
- Ensure that new systems delivered can be adequately supported post go-live and to provide second line support to web systems.
- Assist with pro-actively identifying issues and projects which could improve the enterprise web applications and their use by the business.
- Project management of technical upgrades and implementations of web systems.
- Ensure that web applications and processes are properly documented at all stages.
- Ensure that all application, business process and code changes are controlled with change management procedures, including documentation, authorisation and fall back planning.
- Ensuring IT policies and procedures are adhered to during day-to-day work both within the IT department and across the business as a whole.
