Business Analyst/Project Manager recruitment

Role Purpose

To develop and deliver the product capability.  A number of workstreams have been established under the programme to progress each product area and the workstreams will leverage both existing strategic architectural assets and in flight initiatives. 

Knowledge and Experience:

-Experience of working on systems-related Transfer Agency Projects with in-depth understanding of Transfer Agency concepts

-Knowledge of industry portals and experience of integrating with the same

-Business project management experience

-Have knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development is useful but not essential

-Excellent problem solving skills

-Experienced in applying proven methodologies, standards and tools in the preparation of Business Requirement Definitions, User Acceptance Testing, system conversions and implementations

-Relationship management and networking skills

-International experience or experience of dealing with international resources

-Excellent 360 degree communication skills and interpersonal skills

-Positive ‘can do’ attitude

-Structured approach to business analysis including promoting and ensuring adherence to HSBC Risk Based Project Management methodology.

-Proven experience in identifying and managing the risks, issues and dependencies related to complex projects.

-Recognised business analysis qualification would be beneficial e.g. 6 Sigma
