Your Opportunity at Intuit: Payments Solutions Division (PSD), one of Intuit's fastest growing business units, is looking for a Business Analyst/Rules Writer for our fast paced Rules Management Team (RMT). The purpose of this position is to design, develop, enhance, maintain and provided support in our business rule needs. RMT provides scalable solutions that deliver unprecedented agility for smarter business decisions. The primary role of a Business Analyst/Rules Writer is to assist Intuit in growing revenue and profit by developing and maintaining cutting edge Business Rules and techniques using a Business Rules Management System (BRMS). A Business Analyst/Rules Writer will be an integral member in analyzing business requirements and solution specifications to create unit test cases and participate in test cases execution. Finally, a Business Analyst/Rules Writer will gather, compile and validate source data, analyze data according to appropriate quantitative or qualitative methods, draw appropriate conclusions to effectively summarize and communicate findings and create Business Rules that positively impact our foreign and/or domestic stakeholders. Your Talents: Required Skills: * A Business Analyst/Rules Writer should have a good knowledge of SQL and/or Business Objects * A Business Analyst/Rules Writer should be able to analyze data according to appropriate quantitative and/or qualitative methods, and draw appropriate conclusions * A Business Analyst/Rules Writer will have strong business domain knowledge * A Business Analyst/Rules Writer should be able to effectively develop business rules within a user interface * A Business Analyst/Rules Writer should be able to effectively document * A Business Analyst/Rules Writer should be able to effectively communicate with customer(s) * A Business Analyst/Rules Writer should be able to effectively develop business reports * A Business Analyst/Rules Writer should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Math, Economics, Statistics or relevant experience * A Business Analyst/Rules Writer should have high degree of initiative, integrity, driven (while being a team player) and have strong attention to detail is required Preferred Skills: *Experience in Payments / Financial Services industry, with focus on payment processing is preferred * Work experience with rules engines is preferred * Work experience with Object Oriented programming is preferred * 5+ Years Work Experience in Payments / Financial Services is preferred Learn more about our award winning workplace and how we give back to our local and global communities.
