We are currently looking for Siebel Business Analysts to join us in this exciting period as we develop our internal capabilities around our Siebel CRM solution. Reporting to the CRM Solution Manager, you will act as a liaison with the Telstra business community for all IT business requirements to ensure that the Siebel solution meets the defined objectives.
Your responsibilities will include providing key IT direction for business capabilities and processes, validation of solution design with a view to maximising OOTB capability, leveraging functional capabilities within Siebel to the benefit of the business, assisting with business understanding of Siebel capabilities, clarifying solution design based on own knowledge/expertise in Siebel and representing the IT domain across all customer segments and product lines.
You will have excellent risk assessment, issue and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
On top of your ability to articulate complex technology issues and strategies to technical management, you will demonstrate an openness to explore new ways of working collaboratively and see change as an opportunity for innovation and continuous improvement.
It would be preferred that you have experience in Seibel 7.0 – 8.0.
