Business Analytics Manager recruitment
Exciting opportunity to join a team within a Large Retail Banking Group as a Business Analytics Manager to be involved with performance analysis decision support,gaining great exposure across the business with exposure to development and implementation of strategy to deliver the Finance vision including driving business and financial performance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Routine performance updates to Commercial stakeholders
- Provide commentary on results and drivers to ensure understanding of monthly performance.
- Preparation of business cases for presentation of strategic investment proposals
- Develop and maintain routine forward looking performance models to drive short and medium term business decisions
- Lead and deliver financial plans and budgets with key stakeholder sign off inform strategy development and financial target setting
- Provide ongoing finance and value driver education across the Commercial teams
- Responsible for evaluating business decisions/proposals
- Proactively challenge decisions/proposals
- Complete scenario analysis put forward recommendations
- Responsible for ensuring that Governance is properly maintained
- Ensure that all new products, projects and initiatives are implemented in such a way as to ensure that control is maintained
Relevant Skills
- Full Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, ACMA, CPA)
- Previous analytical experience in large corporation (FTSE 100
