The Team
Responsible for the implementation of a large programme of change to support the growth of the UK Corporate Bank.
Accountable for the successful implementation of internal IT and the integration of specifically Project Rainbow customers.
The Change Management unit supports Santander UK's business performance and growth objectives by providing change management and optimisation methodology/delivery capability.

As a Business and Corporate Change Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Relevant experience of:
Intense fact based process and operating model analysis using BPR skills; ability to absorb volumes of information and develop insights in a concise, quick manner; ability to package insights in a user-friendly, actionable pack
Undertaking end-to-end process reviews and designs to enhance effectiveness through desk and field research, selecting appropriate tools to support current state diagnosis as well as to-be architectures and process improvement
Managing a portfolio of initiatives from design, through to feasibility and execution with experience in structuring workshops and presentations as well as defining and scoping project deliverables
Proactively building relationships with and influencing key stakeholders to enhance team credibility and effectiveness, including identification of stakeholders to mobilise assignments
Numerate, with significant experience in BPR/ business transformation gained through consulting or strategic planning experience
Financial Services experience (ideally with Business, Corporate or Wholesale) with experience in complex strategic issue solving
Skills:
Deep hands-on process re-design skills / method disciplines
Ability to structure, analyse and problem solve complex problems
Ability to link strategy with operational and financial outcomes
Able to produce high quality deliverables within tight and immovable deadlines
Strong prioritisation skills and ability to provide structure in ambiguous changing circumstances
Strong project management and planning skills
Competent process analysis and mapping skills
Competent financial analysis skills, including business case content development
As a Business and Corporate Change Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
Improving organisational efficiency across all areas of Santander UK - this means providing visibility and control over all end-to-end processes, across all Divisions, focusing on continuously improving efficiency
Preparing Santander UK for internal IT systems - assessing the impact of internal IT systems across all business areas, leading the change management programme, preparing the new business structures and processes to fully exploit the new technologies
Informing and supporting management across Santander UK via Process Reviews to ensure that optimal efficiency and usability is managed and delivered effectively using internal IT systems' maximum capabilities
Understanding and advising upon the implications of change on key organisational levers such as organisation processes, productivity, management processes and systems amongst others.
Managing a portfolio of prioritised review projects (or being a principal contributor to) ranging from diagnostics to design and support in implementation planning/delivery
Managing the design, development and implementation of a robust business process end-to-end analysis, design, implementation and control methodology to ensure the smooth transition from the current state to the desired future state.
Managing (or being a principal contributor to) business reviews buy-in discussions, from impact analysis to communication and implementation.
Leading and/or representing the Organisation unit team at appropriate strategic forums and steering groups
