Business Application Support recruitment
My client, a global trading risk management vendor is looking for a Business Application Support Specialist for their expanding teams in Asia.
You will be working with complicated application that is used by Hedge Funds, and Investment Banks for Trade Capture, Pricing, real time PL, and Risk.
Responsibilities of the role:
- 1st and 2nd Level Business Application Support (Not Technical Support)
- Remote support to traders and clients.
- Occasional travel to clients across investment banks, hedge funds
- Answer various types of issues – PnL, Risk Numbers, Security, Product Control
- Interact with English and Mandarin speaking users.
Requirements of the role:
- Excellent in Spoken English and Mandarin
- Basic Knowledge of Trading Business – Equities, Equity Derivative, etc.
- Preferred knowledge: Var, PL, Risk, Pricing
- Excellent Communication
- Education: Finance Degree, CFA, FRM is a bonus.
