Overall responsibility for the support of product delivery for the CIMax application from the Regional Services Office (RSO)/Agent perspective by providing subject matter expertise, input and support to the Product Management, Business Analysis, Quality Analysis, Defect Research and User Acceptance testing processes. Serves as a liaison between the CIMax Product team, the RSO, and the agents on definition, prioritization and validation of user requirements and needs. Brings strong, regionally-focused business knowledge from the end users perspective to help ensure issues and concerns are adequately identified, addressed and communicated. Identifies new product needs and priorities as appropriate for regional customers Duties and Responsibilities:. Provide regional business and applications subject matter expertise in support of Product Management, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Defect Research and Development efforts. Participate in Prioritization and Release Planning process for CIMax releases. Attend CIMax product team meetings and other meetings to represent priorities and impacts of specific projects as they relate to their RSO/agents. Support Product Management as needed on development/research of Statements of Work (SOWs) applicable to RSO and appropriate agents. Represent CIMax Users in Requirements Definition Process (design, workflow, User Acceptance Testing) for region-specific projects/enhancements). Participate in Test Approach Review and Development of Test Cases as needed to support Quality Assurance efforts. Complete/drive User Acceptance testing for CIMax projects. Perform seasonal testing. Support User Acceptance Testing with agents. Support Defect Research and Business Analysis teams in efforts to assess validity of regional issues and to clarify rules/needs. Provide CIMax training and act as a liaison as needed with RSO and agents. Serve as an advocate of CIMax product with RSO and users. Basic Qualifications: 1+ years experience providing technical support. Minimum Qualifications: Able to effectively communicate with a customer and provide good customer service. Demonstrates problem solving and multi-tasking skills. Has basic knowledge of IT processes. Superior knowledge and understanding of the crop insurance business (minimum of 3 years experience) Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal. Superior interpersonal skills to relate effectively with all levels of employees, customers and managers. Experience working with external customers. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently with minimal direction,. Must be very detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Knowledge of PC productivity tools (i.e. Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office tools, Visio, others) Ability/willingness to travel 10-15%. Preferred Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with CIMax application (target of 3 years experience).
