Job Description There is a position available as part of the Writs and Levy Processing team. The successful candidate will provide moderately complex to complex technical support for a business unit. Is the first point of contact for technical issues and initiatives related to all systems, tools and applications used by the work group. Duties are varied and include user access and other security administration issues, production support and troubleshooting, application maintenance, monitoring and/or balancing. Supports application installations and upgrades. Coordinates and executes User Acceptance Testing, including test script development. Participates in BCP activities. Develops and/or documents user application procedures, updating as changes occur. Conducts and may develop user training. Conducts analysis and develops user needs assessments. Works with technology partners to draft business requirements and user specifications. Monitors and coordinates proper maintenance and/or replacement of user equipment. May be responsible for routine to moderately complex database maintenance and reporting. Will develop, reserve, condition, assign and monitor test cases and Hogan accounts needed for testing. Review/validate test results; contributes towards development on specific requirements or demonstrations. Report testing issues; Create and maintain defect tracking in ClearQuest, and PAC 2000, Will Develop Agile Story documentation which development utilizes to build the system. In addition, the successful candidate will develop robust department reporting and metrics and maintains analysis of this data. Shares information with management so they are able to make informed decisions with regards to the business. Maintains department SharePoint, Staffing Models and maintains the Productivity tracking tools. Basic Qualifications 2+ years experience providing technical support. Minimum Qualifications Able to effectively communicate with customers and provide good customer service. Demonstrates problem solving and multi-tasking skills. Has good knowledge of IT processes and technologies. Proven analytical skills utilizing tools like Excel, Access and data base queries Proven technical testing in the Wells Fargo or financial industry testing environment Preferred Skills College Degree Experience with Agile story process, PAC 2000, and ClearQuest
