Business Architect – Insurance Transformation
Our client, a major insurance group, is seeking a professional Business Architect who understands the complex challenges involved with improving, diagnosing and designing the end to end business architecture and Target Operating Model (TOM).
You will be responsible for leading a team of Architecture Analysts to design and recommend business architecture solutions and drive forward the implementation of the chosen option. You will be required to interact with the strategy definition team in order to participate in the successful development of the Target Operating Models (functional, process, business architecture).
To be successful in this role you will have experience of;
Financial Services Architecture, Leading teams in defining Business Architectures and Target Operating Models, Data mining and warehousing concepts, Senior experience of project life cycle, Translating business requirements into IT jargon, Designing and implementing MI and Analytics platforms (data mining and warehousing concepts, operational dashboard and scorecards concepts, understanding of business drivers).
