Business Architect recruitment
The role is accountable to both the organisational readiness stream of the Custody Clearing business as well as to the head of Business Architecture within the business. The successful candidate has a key role to play in ensuring business implementation is aligned to technology architecture. Specific duties will include:
• Implementation of a capability based model for Custody Clearing
• Advocating the change culture required to adopt a capability based model
• Leading the governance to ensure business and technology design are aligned to Business Architecture principles and the practical realisation of benefits aligned to change programs
• Overseeing the traceability of design through to implementation of a capability model
• Thought leadership in design principles
• Work with partner product groups to ensure architectural fit between programs and ensure the Custody Clearing agenda is advanced.
• Ensure the underlying data model is aligned to the capability model
• Ensure the Global Operating mode is aligned to the capability model
