Business Architect – recruitment

The Client On-boarding business is experiencing a significant transformation, in no small part due to the landscape of regulatory change that is driving a number of key programmes of change.

As part of this transformation there is now a significant opportunity to join the client in the definition of the Client On-boarding business architecture moving forward. This will incorporate the enterprise-wide architectural changes that need to be implemented due Process Governance, Data Governance and Regulatory Compliance (Dodd Frank, LEI, KYC, AML).

You will be responsible for extensive analysis of the current operating model, gap analysis and working together with The Head of Architecture, you will define the Target Operating Model (TOM) factoring in initiatives as global process consolidation and off/near shoring.

Key Experience:

* Client On-boarding, Account Maintenance and KYC operational processes.
* Experience/Evidence of Current/Target Operating Model Delivery.
* Evidence of using TOM to define and deliver change projects/programmes
* Business Strategy delivery and Senior Stakeholder buy-in/manager
* Comprehensive Functional Business Analysis experience
* Strong Change project experience

Key Skills in order to be successful are:

* Good knowledge of relevant technology
* Good knowledge of Back-Office Operations
* Strong business requirements and functional analysis Data Analysis skills
* MS Excel,- intermediate
* MS Visio,
* Ability to use process mapping tools e.g. Pro-Vision
* UML / Use Case Modelling
