Business Architect recruitment
Empiric Solutions are currently hiring for a Business Architect for a dynamic global business. This role offers the opportunity to manage end to end requirements from an IT perspective. The Business Architect will also be required to carry out workshops followed by in-depth analysis and translation to system level artifacts.
The Business Architect will serve as the liaison between the business and the IT team - as well as between IT and QA. They will co-ordinate tasks across fellow BAs to ensure a faster turnaround.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- A minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Experience within finance and banking is preferable
- Experience with one or more of the leading BPM products like Pega, Lombardi or Cordys.
- Graduate or Post- graduate degree
