Business Architect-Siebel Job in Guelph, Ontario Canada
Description of Assignment
· The proponent will work closely with the Director of Architecture Services and other Enterprise Architects, corporate strategic management, Business Development, Delivery, Finance, HR Division staff and IT managers to develop, document Business Architectures at the Enterprise, Divisional and program/project levels at CLIENT and roll-out Phase 2 of the Integrated Project Delivery Framework (IPDF).
Qualifications Skills of Proposed Candidate
· Good understanding of diverse business environments, and the related business drivers, especially government environments;
· Demonstrates experience (leadership and hands-on) in strategic Enterprise Architecture Planning, method tailoring, developing related artefacts and creation of architectural governance processes based on Ontario Government’s Enterprise Architecture processes and practices;
· Demonstrates experience (leadership and hands-on) in developing Business Architectures in the Ontario Provincial Government and/or its Agencies modeling the business at the enterprise and core business/program levels.
· Demonstrates experience (leadership hands-on) in defining and mapping Business and Solution Architectures for applications transitioning to Siebel CRM and eCustomer.
· Demonstrates experience (leadership hands-on) in formal architectural compliance reviews of Solution Architectures that integrate Siebel, legacy Mainframe, Web Portal, BizTalk .NET components.
· Demonstrates experience (leadership hands-on) in defining, designing and maintaining enterprise wide business processes (Standard Operating Procedures)
· Demonstrates experience (leadership hands-on) in SDLC integration (Project Management, System Design Development, Architecture Compliance) using industry standard methods and techniques
· Demonstrates experience (leadership hands-on) in SDLC governance, templates and process creation using industry standard methods and techniques
· Demonstrates experience (leadership hands-on) in SDLC training and guidance development and delivery using industry standard methods and techniques
· Demonstrates experience (leadership hands-on) in developing a Siebel traceability framework (models, templates) that establishes traceability to business requirements on the one hand and Siebel design configuration components on the other.
· Has hands-on experience in providing Business Architecture and related services to the Agriculture Industry.
· Knowledge and understanding of Information Management policies and practices;
· Extensive experience (leadership hands-on) using UML BPMN, including identification and analysis of business requirements;
· Working knowledge of the Zachman TOGAF Enterprise Architecture frameworks
· Extensive hands-on experience in the use of SPARX as a modeling tool and repository.
· Demonstrates hands-on experience in defining and implementing IT standards (BPMN, UML, Archimate, Zachman, OPS) including standards review and maintenance processes.
· Knowledge of Government Standards IIT trends would be a definite asset;
